Blacktop Lightning Privacy Policy

This policy describes information used by the Blacktop Lightning Android game (package com.awraithesis.blacktoplightning), published by Gateworld Solutions.

Your game stays on your device

The game stores custom team and player names, jersey numbers, appearance selections, settings and tournament progress locally. Our game code does not upload those fields or photographs you add to your local archive. Gameplay does not require an account. Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove its local data; device backup and restore settings may affect saved data.

Advertising and privacy choices

The free Android game integrates Google AdMob interstitial advertising. Ads are shown only during the break between periods, never during active play. An active ad-free subscription suppresses ad requests. If an ad is unavailable, play can continue.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share your IP address (which can estimate general location), app and advertising interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers, including the advertising ID and app set ID. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google reports that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts collected data in transit using TLS. We do not send roster names or archive photographs to AdMob.

Google's User Messaging Platform handles applicable consent choices. Open Settings → Ad-free membership + privacy → Privacy choices to revisit available choices. Your region determines which options are offered. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. Learn more in Google's privacy policy and Google's advertising information.

Optional monthly subscription

Google Play processes the optional recurring ad-free membership. The app queries Google Play for product pricing and subscription ownership, and acknowledges confirmed purchases. Pending payments do not activate membership. We do not receive your card number or payment credentials. Purchase information is handled by Google Play under its policies. Restore purchases in the game to refresh ownership, and use Manage / Cancel in Google Play to manage renewal. Canceling stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period.

Permissions and other services

The game does not request access to contacts, microphone, camera or precise location. Network access supports ads, consent and Google Play billing; core gameplay is local. Google Play, Android and the device manufacturer may separately process installation, billing, diagnostic or backup information under their own policies.

Website and support

This policy page has no advertising, analytics scripts or contact form. Its hosting service may process ordinary request information, including IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the page.

If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to respond and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Children's privacy

The game is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask users to submit personal information inside the game. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us to request deletion.

Retention and your requests

Local game information remains on your device until removed. We cannot remotely access or delete your local saves. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent directly to support. Google's retention and privacy controls govern information processed by Google services; see the linked Google policy. We use reasonable measures to protect support information.

We update this page and effective date when our practices change.
